Wanted a good stopwatch to replace the one that I’d had for years. Plenty of choice and a range of prices to suit. Found one that was suitable for my needs at a great price from Fastime. All for about a fiver. Couldnt beat that anywhere! Great deal methinks!

Have two of these watches which I use for timing track sessions and races, they are perfectly adequate for everyday athletics/running training/racing. Using the lap mode enables you to time an effort and the rest interval using one watch, by pressing the lap button, not the stop button.

Try to find it in Holland: An affordable stopwatch with a simple light so you can read the time when running in the dark.... you just can’t! I’m happy I fount it at AST, even though it is in UK. The size is big but not too big (can be held in your hand palm while running). The buttons are monkey proof. Pushing them works straight away. The light is bright enough to read in the dark but it would have been even better if it was a little brighter. The cord is a little too short. The programs are basic but effective. The numbers have a convenient large size. If you need an easy to use basic stopwatch WITH light: Buy it!
The timer arrived in good time for Xmas - excellent delivery given the time of year , strike problems and the weather. Well pleased with the equipment and the mail delivery.

Nervous first time internet buyer but the positive experience buying the fasttime watch gave me the confidence to try again.
A very useful Timepiece for both motorsport competitors and marshals. The display is large and clear, although the contrast between the green background and the black numbers does require a little concentration in fading light. That is not a problem with normal in-car lighting or a marshal’s head torch. The Stopwatch displays minutes and seconds ( MM:SS ), which works well for regularity rallying and speed tables. It has tenths and hundredths to one hour for more accurate timing. The Countdown function is especially useful for long transport road sections or Control opening times. Where the cars start at minute intervals, the countdown can be set to countdown the last minute, which will automatically count up from zero to time the next section, so that the co-driver can concentrate on the Notes / maps. Very useful. The watch is easy to set to the Organiser’s time, as the seconds zero 29 seconds before or after the required minute, but the usual adjustment is normally only a few seconds. It is waterproof against the normal UK weather. It can be worn on the inside of the wrist, whilst holding a clipboard for timing events like 12 car rallies, where MSA approved clocks are not required. It is strongly recommend that EVERY marshal / timekeeper should have a watch like this as a backup for any official MSA approved clock, set to rally time. You never know when you may need it. Analogue fashion watches don’t do the job ! It is an excellent piece of equipment for timing and exceptional value at less than ten pounds. When I enquired with my motoring friend, they guessed that I had paid £ 40 - £ 50 for it. My son-in-law wanted a back-lit stopwatch for timing the rowers he coaches in Cambridge. He says this is perfect and it seems robust too.
