Limited Warranty: Fastime Copilote Rallywatch (RW3)
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of AST Limited. This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the Fastime Copilote Rallywatch (RW3) watches purchased from AST Limited.
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During this period, AST Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
AST Limited will either:
- Repair the Fastime Copilote Rallywatch (RW3) at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the product with a working one.
How Long Does the Coverage Last?
The warranty period for a Fastime Copilote Rallywatch RW3 purchased from AST Limited is 365 days from the date of purchase. For resellers, the warranty starts from the date of the end-user purchase.
A replacement watch or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original watch or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem caused by:
- Water damage (see RW3 water-resistance note below).
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
What Do You Have to Do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
*RW3 is water-resistant to 5ATM, meaning it copes with a brief stationary immersion if not operated. RW3 watches cannot be operated in water, nor left in water for any period, nor moved while in water.
